Neterotopia was an art intervention project on banners within existing websites and was online from 16th to 31st March 2006. In 3 physical spaces - the Palais de Tokyo (Paris), Careof (Milan) and NICC (Antwerp) - Pierre Mertens connected to a digital box circle allowing visitors to communicate online and at the same time. Daniel Ballit and Pierre Mertens curated this exhibition.
11 artists from different countries chose the site in which they wanted to intervene. The project came about through a collaboration between the NICC (New International Cultural Center), Love Difference and the Pistoletto Foundation.
